I have been waiting for these sweet young turnips with a bottle of rice wine vinegar, some sugar, salt and ginger. If I can get a red beet, I'll simmer it a bit and throw it in. It will pink them up.

The Plunge:

Here I come.

I am a baker/chef passionately in love with my life. The overflow of joy results in food for anyone in reach. Nothing expresses and increases my joy as much as feeding people. Maybe I will explain (over time) how I got to be this way but, mostly I want to talk about food, cooking and eating with others.

Give me some time to get up to speed. In the meantime you might cook something for someone simply for the beauty of the act. I will.
